Well, I saw many fans who blamed Taeyeon and Baekhyun for their romantic relationship. I can understand them because some of the pictures and writings on their SNS were likely to be misunderstood. They uploaded some photos of their couple items and made veiled reference to their relationship. It made their fans think that the two idol stars had played the fool with them.
Companies make money by selling their goods. Likewise, k-pop agencies sell a fantasy about k-pop stars to their fans. Yeah, by doing so, the agencies earn money. And the fans who purchased a fantasy about idol stars expect their favorite idols to become the heartthrob of millions of people, not a lover of only one person. It is a duty for k-pop idols to satisfy their fans’ expectation because the fans have already paid for it by purchasing their albums or concert tickets. In this aspect, yeah, Taeyeon and Baekhyun's are blamable. Oh, don't get me wrong. I'm not saying Taeyeon and Baekhyun have to be alone forever. They are human being too and they have right to love. However, as idol stars who are now very active in the k-pop world, they should have been more careful not to be caught dating.
