Some of you might dream of marrying k-pop idol stars. Actually, I've seen many teenagers who really want to be their favorite stars' spouses. Well, however, things not always go according to one's expectations. In certain aspects, K-pop stars are ordinary people too, and they also dream of marrying someone they really love.
Then, at what age do you think k-pop stars get married? According to Seoul city's research, Korean men marry at their age of 32.4 averagely, while women marry at 30.2. But, k-pop stars marry at a later age, of course.

Let’s take the example of first generation k-pop girl group Fin.K.L. Lee Hyori married famous musician Lee Sang Soon when she was 34 years old, while Lee Jin got married in 2016 at her age of 36. And the rest members of the girl group, Sung Yuri and Ok Juhyun didn’t get married yet even though it seems like they’re past the best age to marry. Actually, there are many other first generation k-pop idols who are older than them but didn’t get married yet, such as Shinhwa’s Eric, Kim Dongwan, H.O.T’s Kangta and Tony An. I’m not saying they should get married, but it’s a notable thing that k-pop idol stars usually marry later than ordinary people do.

Actually, there are some obvious reasons why k-pop stars get married late. First, they are too busy to meet their lovers frequently, which means they do not have enough time to make plans for wedding, no matter how eagerly they dream of getting married. Second, they are celebrities and are not free to associate with opposite sex. Dating and marrying their lovers could be a deathblow to themselves. If a k-pop star declares that he is a one-woman man, some of his fans may go away from him. Third, k-pop stars are enjoying the companionship of nice-looking men and women, and some of them are too picky about opposite sex. You know, if you go too far in your choice, you will fare worse. Fourth, a small number of k-pop stars delay their marriage because of their fans. They really think that they already got married to their fans, hypnotizing themselves.
