Reason why Park Shin Hye is called "angel" among people in the Korean entertainment industry


Park Shinhye is a good-natured person. She is nice to everyone, and she acts like an ordinary person in real life even though she is a very famous star. She never acts haughtily. That's why many people in the Korean entertainment industry love her.

But that's not all. She is now called "angel" among people in the Korean entertainment industry for another reason.

Park Shinhye has held her fan meeting tour every year since 2012, while she is the only Korean actress who can hold such a large scale event in various foreign countries. She has recently finished her fan meetings held in Hong Kong and Taiwan.


By the way, a remarkable thing about her is that she's been donating all the profits from her fan meeting events to Food for the Hungry International. She's been donating lots of money, and that's why she has become a member of "Philanthropy Club", a gathering of people who donated large sum of money to Food for the Hungry International.

What do you think is the reason why famous Korean actors hold their fan meeting events in various foreign countries? Because they want to see their foreign fans closely? Yes, right, but in most cases, what's most important to them is money. Korea has a small market, and if they hold their fan meeting events in foreign countries, they can earn a lot of money.

So, the fact that Park Shinhye has been donating all the profits from her fan meeting events to Food for the Hungry International means that she willingly forwent immense amounts of money. If she didn't donate all the profits, she could sit on a pile of money. However, she held her fan meeting tour every year since 2012 only for two reasons. First, because she wanted to see her foreign fans closely and make them happy. Second, because she wanted to help people who suffers from hunger.
