Reason why it was the best choice for SISTAR's Bora to sign with Lee Seung Gi's agency


On June 13, Hook Entertainment, home to famous Korean stars such as Lee Seung Gi, Lee Seo Jin and Lee Sun Hee announced that the agency made a contract with Bora, the former member of SISTAR. Check out what the CEO of the agency talked about the contract.

I wanted to sign with her, and I made a proposal to her first because I think she has a huge potential. She has cheerful and healthy charm, while she's already proved her competitiveness as a singer while she was active as a member of SISTAR. I think she has a potential as an actress and she has a talent as a TV entertainer too. I'll give full support to her, and we're also planning for her solo album. Please support her.


Actually, it was the best choice for Bora to sign with the agency for some reasons. First, Bora wants to be active not only as an actress but also as a singer, and Hook Entertainment is the right agency to give full support to her. You know, Lee Seung Gi belongs to the agency and he's been active in various fields. The agency has the know-how to support talented entertainers.

Second, Hook Entertainment has enough money. Kwon Jin Young, the CEO of the agency was just a manager of Lee Sun Hee in the old days, but she made a lot of money thanks to Lee Seung Gi's huge success. She is now regarded as one of the richest people in the Korean entertainment world. No doubt, Bora will be able to receive great support.

Third, Bora will be able to create a synergy effect with Lee Seung Gi. The male k-pop star, who's currently in the army will be back soon, and it is expected that Bora will do some collaborative works with him. Lee Seung Gi, who is one of the most popular male k-pop stars has no anti fans and he is loved by so many people. His existence will be helpful to Bora, who has just made a new start.
