Yang Hyun Suk has already begun to prepare for YG after iKON and BLACKPINK

YG Entertainment recently made an exclusive contract with Park Hyunjin and Kim Jongsub(Boyfriend) of "Kpop Star 6". And the agency also signed with Hanbyul who appeared in the audition program.

Well, you know, it's not the first time for YG to make a contract with young contestants of "Kpop Star". Akdong Musician, who is the winner of "Kpop Star 2" has been active in the k-pop world as a YG artists, while Bang Yedam, who is the winner of the second prize of "Kpop Star2" is preparing for his debut as YG's trainee.

So, why do you think Yang Hyun Suk likes to sign with young contestants of "Kpop Star"? Here are some reasons for it.

First, Yang Hyun Suk has already begun to prepare for YG after iKON and BLACKPINK. You know, BIGBANG and 2NE1 are representative groups of YG, and they've earned a lot of money for YG. But, the BIGBANG members will have a long hiatus due to their enlistment, while 2NE1 has already been disbanded. In this situation, Yang Hyun Suk needed the next BIGBANG and the next 2NE1, and yeah, those are WINNER, iKON and BLACKPINK. And even though the three young groups couldn't become as successful as BIGBANG and 2NE1 yet, they're doing good. However, Yang Hyun Suk is a businessman all the time, and he's already begun to make preparations for distant future. He's expecting now that young contestants of "Kpop Star" such as Bang Yedam, Park Hyunjin and Kim Jongsub will be the future of YG.

Second, Yang Hyun Suk is thorough about everything, and he believes only in what he sees. As a judge of "Kpop Star", Yang Hyun Suk looked closely at many contestants, and he signed with contestants who convinced him. Yang Hyun Suk felt certain of their succeeding, and he decided to invest in them because he was sure he will not make a loss.

Nothing is confirmed yet, but it is expected that Bang Yedam, Park Hyunjin and Kim Jongsub will make a debut as members of YG's new boy group. And Hanbyul may become a member of YG's new girl group. It seems like there is a good chance that they will be able to become the hottest k-pop stars because they're very talented and YG will offer a systematic training system to them.
