On June 18, a production presentation for Apink Jung Eunji's new drama 'Lovers of Music' was held in Seoul. The singer and actress will play a girl who is talented in Korean traditional pop music trot in the drama to aired from June 23.
Q. You were chosen to act the main role in the drama. What do you think about it?
Eunji: I never expected I can take the leading role in a drama so soon because it hasn't been a long time since I began to act. I thank the director for giving me such a chance.
Q. I wonder if the character is similar to your real-life personality.
Eunji: Just like my real-life personality, the character is cheerful and never shows any signs of her difficulties. However, unlike the character who didn't even dream of being a singer when she was young, my dream was to be a singer.
Q. Doesn't the character remind you of your training period before debuting as a singer?
Eunji: I became a member of APink after a hasty preparation and I still feel thrill on the unfamiliar stages. I'm used to performing on stage with other APink members, but has little experience in solo performance just like the drama's character.
Q. You look like you've lost some weight.
Eunji: I avoided foods that are high in fat and lost weight. Until recently, I've done activities for APink's latest album, and I should lose some weight to wear pretty stage costume.

Ji Hyunwoo: (He is the one who dated actress Yoo Inna) At first, I couldn't seem to get used to her and felt awkward. However, I'm getting along better with her now. She is full of energy and always approaches other people first. She makes other people comfortable all the time.
Son Hojun: (He is the one who appeared in a drama 'Reply 1994') In 'Lovers of Music', I plays a character who speaks with Gyeongsang-do dialect. Eunji is from Busan, Gyeongsang-do and I'm learning how to speak with Gyeongsang-do dialect from Eunji. I talk with her on the phone, and she also records her voice and sends her recordings to me.
